Bashkimi i operatoreve ekonomik nuk plotesonin dhe kishin mangesi ne dokumentacion si me poshtë:
a. Avdolli shpk, vertetimi i energjise elektrike mban daten 15.05.2018 dhe rezulton te kete ne total 0 leke detyrime, perfshire faturen koherente te muajit Prill 2018. Data e hapjes se tenderit ishte 04.07.2018, dhe per te deshmuar se operatori ekonomik nuk kishte detyrime ne OSHEE , duhet te kishte paguar faturen e muajit Maj 2018, per asye se muaji Maj paguhet brenda muajit qershor 2018.
b. Avdolli shpk: “Puna e ngjashme me objektin e prokurimit “Furnizim me matesa uji" nuk perputhet me natyren e zerave te objektit te prokurimit.
c. Per realizimin e punimeve sipas kontrates, shoqeria Avdolli shpk , duhet te deshmonte qe kishte ne pronesi, perdorim ose me qera nje mjet germimi eskavator dhe nje drejtues mjeti manovrator dhe pjesen tjeter te kapaciteteve teknike duhet ti deshmoje shoqeria Al-Dok shpk.
