Ka pasur ankesa. Ka marrë përgjigje në datë: Vendim nr.860/2018 dt.20.12.2018 të KPP. Fituesi eshte konfirmuar me vendim te KPP. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. Shoqëria “SENKA” : - Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion për vinc eskavator. - Leja e manovrimit per Adriatik Hasko i ka përfunduar afati pasi është lëshuar në datë 02.05.2008. - Inxhinier – Auditues energjie i pajisur me ”certifikate per auditimin e energjise/Eficenca e energjise ne ndertesa”. Ka lidhur kontratë punë në datë 01.11.2017 me shoqërinë ”SENKA”, por nuk figuron i siguruar për periudhën janar-mars 2018. 2. Shoqëria “B 93” : - Eksperti zjarrfikës i paraqitur nuk rezulton në listëpagesat e shoqërisë. - Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion për vinc eskavator. - Në lidhje me punët e ngjashme, nuk ka paraqitur aktin e perdorimit (lejen e shfrytezimit) për të vërtetuar përmbushjen e suksesshme të punëve. |
