Përkatësisht për arsyet e mëposhtme: Ne kundershtim me piken 3.1 a) dhe b) te dokumentave standarde te tenderit, operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur deklaraten me shkrim nga administratori per mosangazhimin e stafit teknik ne kontrata te tjera si dhe te mos jene te punesuar ne subjekt tjeter privat apo shteteror. Gjithashtu per stafin teknik eshte kerkuar qe te paraqiten kontratat e punes te vlefshme per te gjithe periudhen e realizimit te kontrates, CV, Diplome si dhe librezat e punes. Subjekti ka paraqitur librezat e sigurimit shoqeror per stafin te vulosura deri ne muajin shkurt 2018 dhe jo librezat e punes sic eshte kerkuar ne DST dhe si rrjedhoje nuk mund te merren ne konsiderate. |
