a. Operatori Ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokumentacion ne SPE per te deshmuar plotesimin e te gjithe kerkesave per kualifikim sic kerkohen ne shtojca e DT.
2. “ PAERA” shpk, :
a) Operatori nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e kriterit te vecante kualifikues 3.1, pika a, te percaktuar ne DT.
b) Operatori nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e kriterit te vecante kualifikues 3.1, pika b, te percaktuar ne DT.
c) Operatori ekonomik nuk ka permbushur piken d) tek kritereve te pergjithshme te pranimit /kualifikimit sipas percaktimit te shtojes 5 te DST.
