Ka ofertues te skualifikuar. 1-U skualifikua operatori ekonomik “Delia Impex”sh.p.k. per keto arsye: -Tek zeri i preventivit A.K F.V tub bitup nuk keni vendosur cmimin per njesi -Deshmise se kualifikimit per elektricistin Gj.Zogu i ka mbaruar afati i vlefshmerise me date 05.05.2017 -Mjetit autovinc me kosh i ka mbaruar afati i vlefshmerise per certificate transporti,polica e sigurimit,akti i kolaudimit si dhe taksa e qarkullimit. -Per mjetin autobot uji me targe Tr1139 U mungon taksa e qarkullimit. 2-U skualifikua operatori ekonomik “Alb-Konstruksion” sh.p.k. per keto arsye: -Afati i vlefshmerise se certifikatave Iso 9001:2008 dhe Iso 14001:2004 ka perfunduar me 15.09.2018 dhe keto certifikata nuk perdoren me.Ju duhej ti kishit azhornuar sipas standartit Iso 9001:2015 dhe Iso 14001:2015 sic percaktohet ne DST. -Nuk keni paguar detyrimet e kontributeve te sigurimeve shoqerore e shendetesore per muajin gusht 2018. -Kamioni me targa Sh 66077 E nuk autovinc me kosh. -Automjeti me targa Sh 8762 E nuk eshte me kapacitet mbajtes 3.5-5 tone. -Ju keni paraqitur te njejtin staf,makineri etj ne tri procedura prokurimi qe jane zhvilluar ne te njejten dite nga AK ne kundershtim me DST. 3-U skualifikua operatori ekonomik“ Sark” sh.p.k. per keto arsye: -Ju keni paraqitur te njejtin staf,makineri etj ne dy procedura prokurimi qe jane zhvilluar ne te njejten dite nga AK ne kundershtim kriterin e vendosur ne DST. -Nuk keni paraqitur dokumentacion se dispononi sperkates boje per vijezimin e rrugeve. -Kamioni me targa AA769OV nuk eshte autovinc me kosh per punimet e ndricimit. -Kamioni me targa FR 3215 D eshte furgon i mbyllur dhe jo kamion vetshkarkues sic eshte kerkuar ne DST. -Kamioni me targa AA997BF nuk ka foto per identifikim dhe nuk permbush kriterin e ngarkeses 3.5-5 tone. -Kontrata e qerase per automjetin me targa AA997 BF nuk eshte nenshkruar perpara noterit. -Mungojne fotot e automjeteve qe dispononi. -Mungon dokumentacioni shoqerues si leje qarkullimi,police etj per eskavator me goma. -Nuk keni paraqitur dokumentacion per autobitumatrice por vetem per botbitumatrice te montuar ne kamion. -Nuk keni paraqitur dokumentacion per Autobot uji por vetem per depozite uji. |
