Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. Shendelli -SHPK Nuk ka paraqitur oferte, ka paraqitur vetem nje dokument QKB. 2. B-93 & B93 II SHPK a) Shoqeria B93 II Shpk, e cila do të realizojë 20 % të punimeve dhe ne baze te kesaj perqindjeje punimesh duhet te kete te pakten 18 punetore. Nga dokumentacioni i paraqitur, rezulton se kjo kompaniOperatorët ekonomike pjesëmarrës nuk rezulton te kete një punësim mesatar i të paktën 18 punetore personave, për periudhën Shtator 2017 – Gusht 2018 sipas formatit qe kerkohet nga legjislacioni ne fuqi rezulton te kete: Mesatarja eshte Shtator 2017 – Gusht 2018 179 : 12 muaj = 15 < 18 punetore ne baze te perqindjes te caktuar ne marreveshje. b) Shoqeria B-93 Shpk, e cila do të realizojë 80 % të punimeve dhe ne baze te kesaj perqindjeje punimesh duhet te kete te pakten 72 punetore.
