Ka patur ankese nga operatoret ekonomik e konkretisht nga operatori ekonomik “bi-servis” sh.p.k prane autoritetit kontraktor me shkresen respektive nr. 6792 prot datë 16.10.2018, duke kundershtuar vendimin e kvo-se ne lidhje me klasifikimin e ofertave. Me shkresen nr.6792/1 prot. Date 22.10.2018, autoriteti kontraktor i ka kthyer pergjigje duke mos pranuar ankesen e operatorit ekonomik “bi-servis” sh.p.k . operatori ekonomik “bi-servis” sh.p.k nuk dergoi ankese per shqyrtim ne komisionin e prokurimit publik. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. Operatori ekonomik “bi-servis” SHPK: Nuk ka paraqitur asnje deklarate ne te cilen merr persiper shoqerimin me certificate cilesie ne momentine dorezimit te mallit objekt prokurimi.
