B-93 dhe B-93 II • “B-93 II”shpk &”B-93”shpk,u terhoq nga gara e ketij tenderi, sipas njoftimit te derguar ne A.K.Bashkia Permet .Referuar Ligjit 44/2015 "Kodi i Proc. Administrative i Rep. Shqiperise", neni 94. ”Terheqja e kerkeses apo braktisja e procedures”,pika 1 “Si rregull ne procedure administrative te nisur me kerkese,organi publik deklaron perfundimin pa nje vendim perfundimtar per ceshtjen nese pala qe ka paraqitur kerkese e terheq ate”. 2.Operatori ekonomik 4A-M : • "4A-M",u terhoq nga gara e ketij tenderi, sipas njoftimit te derguar ne A.K.Bashkia Permet . 3.Operatori ekonomik “Eurostil”shpk : • Nuk ka arritur te plotesoje me dokumentacion ,per te vertetuar se ploteson kerkesat e vecanta te A.K. per piken 2.3kapaciteti teknik, pika 1,germa a dhe b ,per punet e ngjashme. Nga ky operator nuk eshte paraqitur asnje dokument per te vertetuar se ka kryer pune te ngjashme sic eshte kerkuar nga A.K. ne kete pike. • Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion per te vertetuar se ne stafin e ketij O.E. ka mjek,sipas kerkeses se A.K ,pika 6 ku eshte kerkuar nje mjek,me kontrate pune,ne zbatim te VKM nr. 692, date 13/12/2001.,paragrafi 12/2. • O.E. “Eurostil”shpk nuk ploteson kategorite e licences te shoqerise sipas kerkeses se A.K. ne D.T dhe njoftimin e kontrates. Ne piken 2.3. kapaciteti teknik ,pika 2 eshte kerkuar Licenca profesionale .lidhur me ekzekutimin e punimeve, germa a Licenca e shoqerise e vlefeshme per kategorite e meposhteme: NP -1A; NP-4C;NS-18A. “Eurostil”shpk nuk zoteron kategorine e licences per NP-4C dhe NS18A. 4.Sulo Ndertim Prodhim : • Nuk ka arritur te plotesoje me dokumentacion ,per te vertetuar se ploteson kerkesat e vecanta te A.K. per piken 2.3 kapaciteti teknik, pika 1,germa a dhe b ,per punet e ngjashme. Nga ky operator nuk eshte paraqitur asnje dokument per te vertetuar se ka kryer pune te ngjashme sic eshte kerkuar nga A.K. ne kete pike. • Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion per te vertetuar se ne stafin e ketij O.E. ka mjek,sipas kerkeses se A.K,pika 6, ku eshte kerkuar nje mjek,me kontrate pune,ne zbatim te VKM nr. 692, date 13/12/2001,paragrafi 12/2. |
