K-AAV & PIENVIS: - Operatori ekonomik ne bashkim PIENVIS, ne kete procedure, sipas kontrates se bashkepunimit, ka marre persiper te realizoje 52% te punimeve, por i mungojne certifikatat ISO e lartekerkuara. - Operatori ekonomik ne bashkim PIENVIS, nuk ka paraqitur listepagesat e muajit Tetor 2018, muaj ky qe i takon pagesat me daten e hapjes se ofertave, ndersa drejtuesit teknik dhe punonjesit e stafit, e operatorit tjeter ekonomok K-AAV, nuk figurojne ne listepagesa me kohe te plote pune, ashtu sic eshte kerkuar DST. - Te dy operatoret ekonomok ne bashkim K-AAV& PIENVIS, nuk e kane paraqitur Shtojcen 11 “DEKLARATË MBI KONTRATAT E LIDHURA DHE/ OSE NE PROÇES”.
