• Operatori ekonomik eshte refuzuar per arsye se Çertifikata e menaxhimit te cilesise (e prodhuesit) ISO 9001-2008 per objektin qe prokurohet eshte jashte afatit pasi ka skaduar me date 14.09.2018.
2. Operatori ekonomik ”LUAR Bros” SHPK :
• Operatori ekonomik refuzohet pasi mungon çertifikata e menaxhimit te cilesise (e prodhuesit) ISO 9001-2015 per objektin qe prokurohet.
