Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. ELDA-VL: Nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokumentacion ne plotesim te kritereve te DST. 2. EURONDERTIMI 2000 SHPK: • Nuk ploteson kriterin 2.3.5 të DST, pasi punesimin mesatar per periudhen Janar 2018 - Tetor 2018, e ka 63,8 persona dhe jo 80 persona sic eshte kerkuar ne DST. • Nuk deshmon me dokumentacionin e paraqitur se ka ne listepagesa nje inxhinier mekatronik, te shoqeruar me kontrate pune, deshmi sigurimi teknik ISHTI - IQT ose ekuivalente. • Nuk ka implementuar dispozitat e kontrates se punes se inxhinierve ne listepagesa dhe disa nga kontratat e paraqitur ne sistem i'u ka perfunduar afati. • Nuk deshmon me dokumentacionin e paraqitur se ka ne pronesi ose me qera 2 (Dy kamioncina), pasi ka dorezuar ne sistem dokumentacion vetem per 1 kamionacine. 3.
