Ka pasur ankesa. -Në datën 24.01.2019, bashkimi i operatorëve ekonomik “Advanced Business Solutions- ABS” sh.p.k dhe “MC Networking” sh.p.k, ka paraqitur ankesë pranë autoritetit kontraktor Bashkia Tiranë (Nr.4119 Prot), në të cilën pretendonte se vendimimi i KVO ishte i padrejtë. -Bazuar në relacionin e Komisionit të ngarkuar për shqyrtimin e ankesës, nr. 4119/1, datë 30.01.2019, Titullari i Autoritetit Kontraktor me vendimin nr. 4119/2, datë 30.01.2019, vendosi të mos pranojë ankesën e bashkimit të operatorëve ekonomik “Advanced Business Solutions- ABS” sh.p.k dhe “MC Networking” sh.p.k. -Më datë 30.01.2019 bashkimi i operatorëve ekonomik “Advanced Business Solutions- ABS” sh.p.k dhe “MC Networking” sh.p.k u njoh me vendimin e sipërcituar të Autoritetit Kontraktor në adresën elektronike të përcaktuar nga BOE në formularin e ankesës, si dhe në rrugë zyrtare. Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomikë të mëposhëm: 1. Operatori ekonomik “ABCOM” sh.p.k: Operatori ekonomik “ABCOM” sh.p.k sh.p.k, nuk ka paraqitur formularin e ofertës sipas formatit të preventivit të publikuar bashkëlidhur dokumentave të kësaj procedure prokurimi. 2.
