Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. Beladi SHPK & VIANTE KONSTRUKSION SHPK: • Nuk kane paraqitur vertetime dhe listepagese per te provuar pagimin e tatimeve e të kontributeve të sigurimeve shoqërore, sipas legjislacionit në fuqi per muajin nentor . • Sipas aktmarreveshjes se bashkepunimit palet kane ndare perqindjet e bashkepunimit mes Beladi me 60% dhe Viante me 40% ne kete rast sipas numrit te punonjesve te kerkuar secili prej operatoreve ekonomik duhet te kete mesatarisht Beladi 54 punonjes/muaj te siguruar per periudhen e kerkuar ndersa Viante 36 punonjes/muaj te siguruar per periudhen e kerkuar. Sipas verifikimit te Vertetimit te paraqitur nga Beladi sh.p.k. konstatohet se numri mesatar I punonjesve te paraqitur dhe pse ne mungese te muajit Nentor eshte 48.9 punonjes/muaj nga 54 te kerkuar. • Operatori Ekonomik Viante Konstruksion nuk ploteson kriterin per: Vërtetimin që konfirmon shlyerjen e të gjitha detyrimeve të maturuara të energjisë elektrike të kontratave të energjisë që ka operatori ekonomik që është i regjistruar në Shqipëri. Vertetimi paraqitur nuk ploteson shlyerjen e energjise per muajin Nentor ndërkohë data e zhvillimit të tenderit ishte data 05.01.2019. • Operatori Ekonomik Viante Konstruksion nuk ka paraqitur vertetim per shlyerjen e taksave vendore per vitin 2017 dhe 2018 ne vendin tjeter te ushtrimit te aktivitetit Tirane ne kundershtim me kerkesat e vecanta per kualifikim ku percaktohet: 3.Vërtetim për shlyerjen e taksave vendore të parashikuara nga Pushteti Vendor për vitin 2017, 2018 per cdo vend te ushtrimit te aktivitetit sipas QKB; 3.1Në rastet e bashkimit të operatorëve ekonomikë, çdo anëtar i grupit duhet të dorëzojë vërtetimin lëshuar nga Autoriteti përkatës në të cilën është regjistruar sipas QKB. • Operatori Ekonomik Viante Konstruksion nuk ka paraqitur kontrate te ngjashme ne masen sipas percaktimeve te aktmarreveshjes mes paleve. Ne kete rast anetari ne BOE duhet te plotesonte i vetem kushtin per nje kontrate te ngjashme dhe anetari tjeret pjesen sipas perqindjes se pjesemarrjes ne BOE. Ne kete rast Viante konstruksion nuk ka paraqitur nje kontrate te tille. |
