• Per automjetin e transportit kamion te kerkuar ne kriteret e veçanta te kualifikimit te dokumenteve te tenderit, operatori nuk ka paraqitur kontrate qeraje te vlefshme per te gjithe periudhen e realizimit te kontrates.
2. Shoqeria “RAFIN COMPANY” SH.P.K:
• Operatori nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion per vertetimin e realizimit te furnizimeve te ngjashme me ente publike ose private, në kundërshtim me kriteret e veçanta të kualifikimit të dokumenteve të tenderit, pika 2.3 në të cilin, për vërtetimin e kapacitetit teknik.
3. Shoqeria “MURATI” SH.P.K per arsye se:
• Operatori nuk ka paraqitur raport analize per cilesine e mallrave te leshuar nga nje laborator i certifikuar ne Republiken e Shqiperise ne kundershtim me kriteret e veçanta të kualifikimit të dokumenteve të tenderit, kapaciteti teknik pika 2.3/2.
