Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. “NELSA ” sh.p.k: Ne kundershtim me piken 2.2 te DST ku si kusht per plotesimin e kapacitetit ekonomik dhe financiar kerkohet paraqitja e kopjeve te certifikuara nga organet tatimore perkatese te bilanceve te dy viteve te fundit, subjekti ka paraqitur vetem bilancin per vitin 2016 dhe rrjedhimisht ky kusht konsiderohet i paplotesuar. Gjithashtu ne kundershtim me piken 2.4.3 te DST si kusht per plotesimin e kapacitetit teknik te operatorit ekonomik, nuk jane paraqitur dokumentat ligjore te pronesise se thertores me te cilen operatori ekonomik ka lidhur kontraten e furnizimit. Eshte paraqitur kontrata e furnizimit lidhur me shoqerine AB Gersa shpk per furnizimin me mish, por dokumentacioni i thertores se zoteruar nga kjo shoqeri eshte i paplote pasi pervec dokumentave te pronesise se thertores, leja higjeno sanitare si dhe leja veterinare jane leshuar nga institucionet pergjegjese ne vitin 2007 – 2008 me afat nje vjecar dhe jane te parinovuara. Duke patur parasysh rendesine e ketij produkteve te mishit dhe sigurine qe kerkohet per kete produkt, kjo pike e DST konsiderohet e paplotesuar nga ofertuesi. |
