Nga verifikimi i dokumentacionit te Formularit të Ofertes sipas shtojcës 1, rezulton se vlera pa tvsh e ofertes ekonomike te ofruar , nuk perputhet me vleren pa tvsh te perllogaritur ne preventivin e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik . Kjo konstatohet për faktin se vlera në preventivin e paraqitur konkretisht shuma 1 në vlerën 46,190,801 lekë pa tvsh plus pajisjet (C-2,C-5,C-7) në vlerën 2,488,000 lekë duhet të jetë 48.678.801 lekë pa tvsh , ndërsa vlera e ofertës ekonomike të ofruar sipas shtojcës 1 është 48.264.134 lekë pa tvsh.
