Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. “Cogren” sh.p.k : • OE COGREN sh.p.k nuk ploteson piken 2.2 te kritereve te vecanta te kualifikimit dhe me konkretisht, bilanci i vitit 2017 nuk eshte i certifikuar nga autoritetet perkatese sikurse kerkohet ne DST. • Gjithashtu ky OE nuk permbush kriterin e pikes 2.1.a per formularin e ofertes, pasi ky OE ka kryer ndryshime ne zerat e preventivit te cilat bien ne kundershtim me pikat 2 dhe 3 te nenit 53 te ligjit 9643 dt.20.11.2006 per prokurimin publik. 2. “Murati - D” sh.p.k Nuk plotëson te gjitha kriteret e pergjithshme dhe te vecanta te kualifikimit te percaktuara ne DST. Nga kontrolli i preventivit te cmimit rezultoi se oferta e ketij operatori ekonomike ka gabim aritmetikor. |
