Nga verifikimi i bërë në datë 05.06.2019 rezultoi se disa nga mjetet e kërkuara për realizmin e kontratës, nuk ishin në adresën e deklaruar (Kjo e dokumentuar me proces verbalin e mbajtur për këtë qëllim).
