Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar Operatoret Ekonomik si me poshte: 1. Operatori ekonomik “ERALD-G” : Formulari i ofertes se paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik nuk ploteson kriterin e kerkuar ne DST pika 10 paragafi i fundit i cili shprehet: operatoret ekonomik duhet te paraqesin te dhena te plota te personit te kontaktit dhe analizen e cmimeve mbi tarifen personale te ofruar. OE nuk ka paraqitur si drejtues teknik dy Inxhinier Hidroteknik te kerkuar ne DST pika 3 Kapaciteti teknik. 2. Operatori ekonomik “NOVATECH STUDIO” : • Oe nuk ka si drejtues teknik ING. hidroteknik te kerkuar ne DST pika 3. • OE nuk ka paraqitur licensen e shoqeris per QKB " per vleresimin e ndikimit ne mjedis dhe QKB"Per sherbimin e ekspertizes ne fushen e mbrojtjes ndaj zjarrit dhe shpetimit" te kerkuar ne DST pika 6. • Formulari i ofertes se paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik nuk ploteson kriterin e kerkuar ne DST pika 10 analizen e cmimeve mbi tarifen personale te ofruar. • lera e paraqitur nga OE eshte me e vogel se limiti i vleres se perllogaritur sipas VKM 354 date 11.05.2016. 3.
