Ofertuesi K-AAV : Ofertuesit K-AAV i mungon dokumenti që vërteton se i ka plotësuar të gjitha detyrimet e taksave dhe tarifave vendore, për vitin 2019. -Në DST Shtojca 11, pika 2.3 “Për kapacitetin teknik”, në gërmën g.
