Fled sh.p.k & Shkelqimi 07 sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Mungon pompe betoni 1 cope. - Mungon kompresor 1 cope. - Mungon Motopompe thithese vetmbushese 1 cope. - Mungon sharre per prerje tubash betoni 1 cope. - Nuk eshte paraqitur xhiroja per vitin 2016 nga te dy operatoret 3.
