- Nuk ploteson kriterin e vecnate kualifikues te percaketuar ne Dokumentat Standare te Tenderit “Kerksat e vecanta per kualifikim.
- Nuk ka paraqitur vertetim leshuar nga ISHTI ne kundershtim me kriterin kualifikues ku thuhet:” Operatori ekonomik duhet te paraqese nje vertetim te leshuar nga ISHTI, qe subjekti ofertues ka tregtuar karburante sipas standarteve te legjislacionit Shqiptar, dhe nuk ka patur penalitete per shkelje te cilesise per vitin 2019“.
- Asnjera nga shoqerite e bashkimit te perkohshem nuk ka plotesura kriterin kualifikues , ku thuhet” Operatori ekonomik duhet te kete licencë/autorizim lëshuar nga Bashkia Shkodër për tregtim karburanti me pakicë.
2. “GEGA CENTER GKB ”, për këto arsye:
- Nuk ka paraqitur liense/leje nga bashkia Shkoder ne kundershtim me kriterin kualifkikues, ku thuhet:” Operatori ekonomik duhet te kete licencë/autorizim lëshuar nga Bashkia Shkodër për tregtim karburanti me pakicë.
