PAERA “sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Operatoret ekonomik pjesëmarrës duhet të dëshmojnë se disponojnë në pronësi ose me qera një vend magazinimi, për depozitimin e të gjithë sasisë së mallit objekt prokurimi, brenda territorit të Bashkisë Skrapar , për të gjithë periudhën e zgjatjes së levrimit të mallitnë tender, për shkak se AK, nuk ka mundësi magazinimi për mallin objekt prokurimi. Nuk eshte paraqitur nje dokument i tille. - Operatori/et Ekonomik në tender duhet të kenë të punësuar të paktën 3 (tre) punonjës të siguruar për 3 (tre) muajit e fundit (Lëshuar nga Drejtoria e Tatimeve së bashku me listëpagesat sipas formularit).
