Operatori Ekonomik duhet të disponojë jo më pak se 2 ( dy) mjete transporti me kapacitet mbajtes nga 2 ton deri ne 3.5 ton per secilin mjet Nga verifikimi i dokumentacionit u konstatua se Operatori Ekonomik ka paraqitur një mjet me kapacitet mbajtes nga 2 ton deri ne 3.5 ton. 3. “Buna” shpk, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin ligjor kualifikues.
