Eurolab Internacional Grup shpk, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin e plotë të përcaktuar në DST, sipas pikës 2.2.3 Vërtetim për shlyerjen e taksave vendore të parashikuara nga Pushteti Vendor për vitin 2019 dhe 2020 sipas parashikimeve të Ligjit Nr. 9632, datë 30.10.2006 “Për sistemin e taksave vendore” (i ndryshuar). - Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin e plotë të përcaktuar në DST, sipas pikës 2.3 Kapaciteti teknik: 2.3.1 Dëshmi për furnizimet e mëparshme, të ngjashme, të realizuara gjatë tri viteve të fundit nga data e zhvillimit te tenderit, me vlerë jo me të vogël se 40% e vlerës së përllogaritur të kontratës që prokurohet. 2.
