Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. -“SIRRETA 2F ” shpk & EURO-ALB shpk, për këto arsye: - Nga ana e shoqerise Sireta 2 F dhe shoqerise Euroalb shpk eshte lidhur nje marveshje bashkepunimi me ane te se ciles kane ndare perqindjet perkatesist shoqeria Euroalb ka mare persiper perkatesisht 13,95 % shoqeria euroalbi dhe 86.05 % ka mare persiper Shoqeria Sireta 2 F nga verifikimi I zerave te punimeve qe kane mare persiper shqerite referuar Zerave konkrete sipas ofertes se perpiluar prej shoqerive rezulton se % e pinumeve te mare persiper nga ana e Shoqerise euroalb shpk eshte me masen prej 10.36%. - Nga ana e Ak eshte kerkuar qe operatori operatori ekonomik te kete jo me pak se 2 (dy) punonjes ne lartesi IRATA per te cilet te paraqitet kontrate pune e vlefshme, Dëshmi Kualifikimi të Sigurimit Teknik e lëshuar nga ISHTI ose nga një trup çertefikuese e akredituar në Republikën e Shqipërisëdhe te figuroje ne listepagesat e shoqerisepër periudhën qershor 2020 - e ne vazhdim operatorie konomik Sireta 2f nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion per ounonjes te punimeve ne lartesi. 2. “DODA-R” Sh.P K, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur deklarate per permbushjen e kriterev et pergjithshme te kualifikimit. - Nuk ka paraqitur deklaratë mbi Konfliktin e Interesit sipas Shtojcës 7. - Nuk ka paraqitur bilancet e vitit 2017-2018-2019 sic eshte parashikuar ne dst. 3. “2N” Sh.P. & KMK SHPK & BEAN shpk, për këto arsye: - Nuk kanë percaktuar pjesen e punes qe do te kryeje secili nga antaret e ketij bashkimi, gje e cila eshte ne kundertim me piken 1 te nentit 74 te VENDIM Nr. 914, datë 29.12.2014 PËR MIRATIMIN E RREGULLAVE TË PROKURIMIT PUBLIK. |
