B’’ & ‚‘‘L.T.E CONSTRUCTION‘‘ SHPK, për këto arsye: - Nuk permbushin kriterin pika 2.3.3/a (2) për Drejtuesit Teknik pasi asnjeri prej anetareve te ketij bashkimi nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion qe verteton disponimin e 1 (një) Inxhinier Ndërtimi (Profili Transport) sipas kërkesave DST. - Nuk permbushin kriterin pika 2.3.3/a (4) për Drejtuesit Teknik pasi asnjeri prej anëtareve të këtij bashkimi nuk ka paraqitur për Inxhinierët e Mjedisit Certifikatë si "Përgjegjës për sigurinë dhe mbrojtjen e shendetit në punë” në përputhje me klauzolat e ligjit Nr. 10327 date 18/02/2010 "Për sigurinë dhe shëndetin në punë” dhe V.K.M nr. 312, date 05.05.2010 "Për miratimin e rregullores "Për sigurinë në kantier". sipas kërkesave në DST. - Nuk permbushin kriterin pika 2.3.3/g (5) për 1 (një) specialist të pajisur me çertifikatë trajnimi për testimin e tubove nën presion HDPE, pasi asnjeri prej anetareve te ketij bashkimi nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion qe verteton disponimin e një specialisti të tillë sipas kërkesave në DST. |
