- Nuk plotëson pikën 2.3.g) të Kapacitetit teknik. Çertifikata e analizës së paraqitur për produktin Hipoklorit Natriumi nuk është paraqitur.
2. “Akademia e Shëndetit Publik” sh.p.k, për këto arsye:
- Nuk plotëson pikën 2.3.g) të Kapacitetit teknik. Çertifikata e Analizës së paraqitur për produktin Hipoklorit Natriumi nuk përputhet me produktin e ofertuar.
- Nuk plotëson pikën 2.3.a) të Kapacitetit teknik. Për produktin Peroksid Hidrogjeni nuk është paraqitur autorizim prodhuesi ose distributori zyrtar.
