Skeda teknike e sigurisë për produktin peroksid hidrogjeni është paraqitur e pa vulosur dhe e pa firmosur nga subjekti kompetent për lëshimin e saj. - Nuk plotëson pikën 2.3.g) të Kapacitetit teknik. Çertifikata e analizës së paraqitur për produktin Hipoklorit Natriumi nuk është paraqitur. 2. “Akademia e Shëndetit Publik” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk plotëson pikën 2.3.g) të Kapacitetit teknik.
