- Kontrata e bashkëpunimit e lidhur ndërmjet operatorëve ekonomik “ADC” sh.p.k. dhe ”2 MJ” sh.p.k. ka per objekt krijimin e nje marredhenie te perkohshme bashkepunimi mes shoqerise “2 MJ” sh.p.k. dhe shoqerise “Albanian Distribution Chem” sh.p.k. me qellim marrjen pjese ne proceduren e prokurimit “Kerkese per Propozim”, me objekt “Blerje hipoklorit kalciumi” qe do te zhvillohet nga AK Sh.A Ujesjelles Ura Vajgurore, duke formuar ne kete menyre bashkim te perkohshem te shoqerive dhe pjesemarrjen ne proceduren e prokurimit duke u paraqitur me nje oferte ekonomike, si nje operator i vetem ekonomik, gje e cila eshte ne kundershtim me piken 2 dhe piken 3 te nenit 74 te Vendimit te Keshillit te Ministrave nr.914, date 29.12.2014 “Per miratimin e rregullave te prokurimit publik”.
2. “ATLANTIK 3” sh.p.k, për këto arsye:
- Nuk është paraqitur brenda afatit kohor të përcaktuar në formularin e njoftim fituesit për të paraqitur sigurimin e kontratës, lidhjen e kontratës dhe realizuar objektin e prokurimit.
- Nuk ka njoftuar autoritetin kontraktor, dhe nuk ka dhënë arsyet që kanë shkaktuar pamundësinë e realizimit të objektit të prokurimit, pasi Më datë 17.08.2020 dërgohet elektronikisht njoftimi i fituesit për operatorin ekonomik “ATLANTIK 3” sh.p.k.
