- Ne deklaraten per drejtuesin teknik te punimeve keni caktuar drejtues teknik te punimeve te zbatimit Ing.Q.K ,inxhinier gjeodet sipas deklarates tuaj, nderkohe sipas dokumentacionit te paraqitur , figuron te jete inxhinier mekanik .Gjithasht nga ana tjeter ky inxhinier nuk ploteson kushtet per te qene drejtues teknik ne kete objekt,pasi ne DST nuk eshte kerkuar qe ofertuesi te disponoje inxhinier mekanik,pasi ne asnje nga zerat e preventivit te punimeve nuk parashikohet disponimi I ketij inxhinieri.
2. “Delia Impex” shpk, për këto arsye:
- Ing.A.K drejtues teknik ne listepagesa nuk paguhet sipas kushteve te kontrates.
- Mungon vula e subjektit certifikues tek pjesa e vleshmerise se IQT per punetorin e asfaltit.
