''ASI-2A CO'' SH.P.K, për këto arsye: - Per te deshmuar eksperiencen e ngjashme ka paraqitur Fature Tatimore me nr.30 date 10/07/2014 per shitjen e nje Eskavatori .Paraqitja e kesaj fature bie ne kundershtim me kerkesat e pikes 2.3.1 te kapaciteti teknik te kriteret e vecanta te DST , ne te cilen kerkohet ‘’Qe deshmite per eksperiencan e ngjashme duhet te jene realizuar gjate tre viteve te fundit, nga data e zhvillimi te tenderit’’. 2. ''AZ Trading'' sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur ne deklaraten e xhiros mesatare, xhiron per vitin 2017 c’ka bie ne kundershtim me kerkesat e pikes 2.2.1 te kapaciteti ekonomik dhe financiar te kriteret e vecanta te DST ne te cilen kerkohet " Kopje te deklarates se xhiros mesatare te tre viteve te fundit ,nga data e zhvillimit te tenderit, duhet te ketë një vlere jo me te vogël se fondi limit qe prokurohet." 3.
