2. ''AZ Trading'' sh.p.k, për këto arsye:
- Nuk ka paraqitur ne deklaraten e xhiros mesatare, xhiron per vitin 2017 c’ka bie ne kundershtim me kerkesat e pikes 2.2.1 te kapaciteti ekonomik dhe financiar te kriteret e vecanta te DST ne te cilen kerkohet " Kopje te deklarates se xhiros mesatare te tre viteve te fundit ,nga data e zhvillimit te tenderit, duhet te ketë një vlere jo me te vogël se fondi limit qe prokurohet."
