Ka pasur ankesa. Ka patur 1 (një) ankesë nga OE “Anakonda Security” sh.p.k më datë 14.01.2021, e cila ka marë përgjgje nga AK më datë 18.01.2021.
Më tej, OE “Anakonda Security” sh.p.k e ka paraqitur ankesën për shqyrtim në KPP, i cili me vendimin Nr. 121/1; datë 26.01.2021, ka vendosur: Të kalojë shqyrtim ankesën e paraqitur nga OE ankimues “Anakonda Security” sh.p.k dhe ka urdhëruar AK të pezulloojë procedurën e prokurimit dhe moskryerjen e asnjë veprimi, deri në shqyrtimin e ankesës dhe marrjen e vendimit përfundimtar.
Më pas Komisioni I Prokurimit Publik me vendimin Nr. 92/2021, datë 17.02.2021, vendosi: Të mos pranojë ankesën e OE ““Anakonda Security” sh.p.k dhe lejimin e AK për të vijuar me hapat e tjerë të kësaj procedure prokurimi. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “ANAKONDA SECURITY” SH.P.K, për këto arsye: - Operatori ekonomik “Anakonda Security” rezulton me 0 armë krahu dhe me 0 armë brezi të regjistruar në sistemin SIMA, gjithashtu rezulton me 0 persona të aurorizuar për mbajtje arme si edhe rezulton me 0 automjete të blinduara në këtë vertetim. |
