NOVATECH STUDIO, për këto arsye: - Nga verifikimi i dokumentacionit te paraqitur nga Operatori ekonomik rezulton se: eshte paraqitur leje per Ushtrimin e profesionit ”ekspert privat zjarrefikes per Z. Naim Baçi si dhe kontraten e e lidhur ndermjet OE NOVATECH dhe Z. Naim Baçi. Nga verifikimi i listpagesave të ngarkuara në sistem nga Operatori ekonomik Z. Naim Baçi nuk figuron i siguruar në këtë kompani në periudhën e kërkuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor. 2. REAN 95, për këto arsye: - Shuma e kontratave të tre viteve të fundit të paraqitura nga operatori ekonomik REAN 95 arrin në vlerën 657 398,08 (gjashtëqind e pesëdhjetë e shtatë mijë e treqind e nentëdhjete e tetë presje tetë)lekë PA TVSH.
