Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “INFINIT” shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk ka plotesuar piken 2.2.a te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim te dokumenteve standarte te tenderit (DST).Operatori ka paraqitur bilancet e tre viteve 2017, 2018 dhe 2019 ,por nuk ka paraqitur akt ekspertizen e kryer nga Eksperti kontabel i autorizuar në përputhje me ligjin nr.10091 datë 5.3.2009 “Për auditimin ligjor, organizimin e profesionit të audituesi tligjor dhe kontabilistit të miratuar” ashtu sicd kerkohet ne DST.Mungon akti ekspertit per vitin 2017. 2. “EURONDERTIMI 2000” shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk ka plotesuar piken 2.3.2 te DST-se sepse nuk ka paraqitur : “Vetëdeklarim nga operatori ekonomik që brenda së njëjtës periudhë nuk është kontraktor/nënkontraktor për kontratë/kontrata të lidhura, me vlerë të përbashkët ose të veçantë, më të madhe se 100 % i kufirit maksimal, që disponon kandidati, sipas licencës profesionale, të lëshuar nga autoriteti kompetent. Në kuptim të përcaktimit të mësipërm, fjala “periudhë” nënkupton kohëzgjatjen e investimit të kryer sipas LPP-së nga çasti i shpalljes fitues e deri në kolaudimin e objektit/investimit”. |
