STUDIO SERVICES “K-SA”, për këto arsye: - Në lidhje me përvojën e mëparshme, operatori ekonomik duhet të paraqesë shërbime të mëparshme, të ngjashme, të kryera gjatë tri viteve të fundit sa 40% të vlerës së përllogaritur të fondit limit. Nga verifikimi I dokumentacionit rezulton se Operatori ekonomik ka paraqitur Kontratën me Nr.1128 date 05.06.2019 e cila rezulton se është realizuar nga bashkimi i Operatorëve STUDIO SERVICE KSA, në kontratë dhe në formularin e vlerësimit nuk është ndarë në përqindje shërbimi që ka marrë përsipër secili nga operatorët, rrjedhimisht nuk mund të përllogaritet vlera e kontratës që ka realizuar Operatori ekonomik STUDIO SERVICE KSA. 3. NOVATECH STUDIO, për këto arsye: - nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion për Ekspert për hartimin e raporteve të ndikimit në mjedis dhe auditim mjedior. |
