"ARGI” SHPK, për këto arsye: - Nuk eshte plotesuar sakte Deklarata për paraqitje oferte të pavaruar, nuk eshte shenuar kuadrati perkates. - Nuk eshte paraqitur kontrata e fiskalizimit kur ne dokumentat e tenderit kerkohet citoj Kopje të vlefshme të Kontratës së lidhur me Shoqërinë e Certifikuar për zgjidhjen softwere-ike në përdorim. |
