Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “2Z KONSTRUKSION” shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk ka paraqitur kopje te certifikuara te bilanceve per vitet 2018, 2019, 2020 sikunder kerkuar duke mos plotesuar Kriteret e Vecanta per kualifikim, Kapaciteti Teknik, pika 2.2.1 2. “B93II” shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk ka deklaruar drejtuesin teknik te shoqërisë me ane te deklaratës nga administratori dhe gjithashtu nuk eshte paraqitur deklarata personale e drejtuesit teknik me të cilën deklaron që nuk eshte i angazhuar ne kontrata te tjera dhe do të jetë i pranishëm gjatë gjithe kohës që do të kryhen punime ne objekt duke mos plotësuar Kriteret e Vecanta per Kualifikim, Kapaciteti Teknik, pika 2.3.4 . 3. “Kevin Construksion” shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk është paraqitur Çertifikata ISO 50001 duke mos plotësuar kriterin përcaktuar sipas pikës 2.3.14 të kritereve të veçanta për kualifikim, kapaciteti teknik. 4. “VALONA KONSTRUKSION” Shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk përmbush kriterin e percaktuar nga autoriteti Kontraktor ne dokumentat e tenderit për paraqitjen e autorizimit te prodhuesit apo distributorit për materialet (elektrike, hidraulike, hidrosanitare, pllaka, dyer/dritare, gipse, rezinat, bojrat) duke mos plotesuar kriteret e vecanta për kualifikim, kapaciteti teknik, pika 2.3.15 |
