Ka pasur ankesë nga operatori ekonomik "Nelsa" sh.pk. Me vendimin nr.3506/25 datë 13.09.2021 autoriteti kontraktor Bashkia Elbasan vendosi të mos pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik "Nelsa" sh.pk.
Pas shqyrtimit të ankesës Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me vendimin nr.711/2021 datë 04.10.2021 vendosi të mos pranojë ankesën e operatortit ekonomik "Nelsa" sh.pk.
Ka pasur ankesë nga operatori ekonomik "Lufra" sh.pk. Me vendimin nr.3506/21 datë 08.09.2021 autoriteti kontraktor Bashkia Elbasan vendosi të mos pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik "Lufra" sh.pk.
Pas shqyrtimit të ankesës Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me vendimin nr.711/2021 datë 04.10.2021 vendosi të pranojë ankesën e operatortit ekonomik "Nelsa" sh.pk.
Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. Nelsa” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Operatori ekonomik duhet të ketë në pronësi ose me qira ambjent të përshtatshëm me sipërfaqe minimumi 30 m2 për prodhimin ose magazinimin e mallrave që janë objekt i këtij prokurimi për të gjithë periudhën e zbatimit të kontratës. Operatori ekononik ne permbushje te ketij kriteri ka ngarkuar ne SPE dokumentacionin e kerkuar ne DST ne lidhje me disponimin e ambjenteve te pershtatshme per magazinimin e mallrave. |
