K.M.K, për këto arsye: - Nuk permbush piken 2.3. e) te Kapacitetit Teknik per disponimin e punonjesve te specializuar/kualifikuar, shtate punonjes manovrator dhe kater drejtues mjeti, pasi nga dokumentacioni i paraqitur dy deshmi aftesimi profesional (per manovrator M.Mahmutllari dhe F.Macaj) si dhe leje qarkullimi per B.Ahmati i ka mbaruar afati i vlefshmerise 2. ASI-2A & ARDMIR, për këto arsye: - Nuk permbush piken 2.3 a) per pervojen e meparshme te ngjashme ,pasi akt kolaudimi i punimeve te realizuara nuk eshte mbajtur nga kolaudator te licensuar . 3.
