2. “PEPA GROUP” SH.P.K, për këto arsye:
- shtojca numer 2, e paraqitur ne SPE, nuk eshte ne perputhje me formatin tip te miratuar dhe publikuar ne DST.
- nuk eshe deklaruar emri i te punesuarve si stafin mbeshtetes, duke mos permbushur kete kriter.
3. “SARDO” SH.P.K & “BEQIRI” SHPK, për këto arsye:
- Bashkimi i Operatoreve Ekonomik ka paraqitur nje dokument me shenimin police e sigurimit te ofertes e cila eshte i pa nenshkruar dhe vulosur nga asnje pale, formulari i sigurimit te ofertes qe te jete i vlefshem duhet te nenshkruhet nga Përfaqësuesi i bankës / kompanisë së sigurimit.
