Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “BAÇI - EL 2003 SH.P.K” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk përmbush pikën pikën 2.3.4 kapaciteti teknik ku parashikohet se “Dëshmi për mjetet e transportit, që ka në dispozicion apo mund ti vihen në dispozicion operatorit ekonomik, që nevojiten për ekzekutimin e kontratës 2. “GJONI – AN” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk përmbush pikën 2.3.3 të kapacitetit teknik ku parashikohet se “Operatori ekonomik duhet të paraqesë raportet e testimit, për produktet e betonit sipas standartit SSH EN 1338, për produktet prej mermeri/guri sipas standartit SSH EN 196, nga laboratorë të çertifikuar dhe akredituar, me qëllim përmbushjen e specifikimeve teknike. Për standartet e përmendura pranohet dhe ekuivalenti i tyre. 3. “ZDRAVO” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - nuk ka paraqitur as deklaratë dhe as vërtetim për shlyerjen e taksave vendore. |
