Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “Baçi- EL 2003” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nga verifikimi i kryer ne raportet e analizave te paraqitura per te gjitha mallrat (tubo betoni me diameter 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1500), nuk vertetohet qe mallrat te jene sipas specifikimeve teknike dhe kerkesave te Autoritetit Kontraktor ku eshte kerkuar qe Tubot e betonit (Tombino) te jene me hekur dhe sipas standarteve teknike te miratuara. 2. “GJONI - AN” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nga verifikimi i kryer ne raportet e analizave te paraqitura per te gjitha mallrat u konstatua se per tubot e betonit 200,300,400,500, nuk jane me hekur sipas specifikimeve teknike dhe kerkesave te Autoritetit Kontraktor ku eshte kerkuar qe Tubot e betonit (Tombino) te jene me hekur dhe sipas standarteve teknike te miratuara. |
