Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “SPARKLE 32” shpk, për këto arsye: - Nuk plotëson kërkesën e përcaktuar në pikën “2.3.1.”, te Kriteret e Veçanta të Kualifikimit, në Shtojcën 8, të Dokumentave Standarte të Tenderit, pasi kontratat e paraqitura nuk konsiderohen të ngjashme në kuptimin dhe thelbin e kontratave të shërbimit ku përveç furnizimit duhet edhe shërbimi i vendosjes ose montimit të pjesëve të këmbimit. Kontratat e paraqitura janë kontrata për furnizim mallrash dhe jo kontrata shërbimi dhe rrjedhimisht nga “SPARKLE 32” shpk, nuk plotësohet kjo kërkesë. |
