- nuk ka ven ne dispozicion monstra sipas pikes 2.3.2 te DST, Shtojca 7,si dhe deshmi te ngjashme per realizimet e meparshme sipas pikave te dst 2.3.1 dhe nenpikat e saj si dhe ndaj rrjedhimisht operatori ekonomik skualifikohet nga kjo procedure.
