Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “Caushi M “ shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk ka paraqitur Grafikun e punimeve sipas kerkesave ne DST, Pika 9, ku citohet se operatori ekonomik duhet te paraqese grafikun e punimeve te detajuar sipas zerave te preventivit (Bashkelidhur DST) te shprehur ne afatin kohor te percaktuar ne dokumentat e tenderit per 4(kater jave) kalendarikeGrafiku i punimeve rezulton i pasakte, pasi nuk eshte shprehur afati kohor 2. “GRAMA ” shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk plotëson kriteret e veçanta të kualifikimit te DST Kapaciteti Teknik, piken 6, ku citohet se : “Operatori Ekonomik duhet te kete 1 (nje) punonjes me certificate si “Pergjegjes per sigurine dhe mbrojtjen e shendetit ne pune”. Pas verifikimit rezulton se operatori ekonomik GRAMA shpk, nuk ka deklaruar ne shtojcen 8, 1 (nje) punonjes me certificate si “Pergjegjes per sigurine dhe mbrojtjen e shendetit ne pune”, cka bie ndesh me DST. 3. “BE-IS” shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk plotëson kriteret e veçanta të kualifikimit te DST Kapaciteti Teknik, piken 11, (shtojca 8)” . Operatori ekonomik “BE-IS” shpk ka paraqitur Deklaraten per disponushmerine e makinerive, por pas verifikimit rezulton se disa nga mjetet e deklaruar jane te deklaruar edhe ne proceduren e prokurimit qe eshte shpallur fitues dhe qe eshte ne proces zbatimi |
