-Ka paraqitur kontrate te ngjashme me nr. 3116 date 21.12.2018 me objekt: Rikonstruksion ura dhe mure mbajtese, me vlere kontrate 13500000 leke me tvsh, por eshte pa date dhe numer protokolli, po e njejta gje konstatohet dhe per aktin e kolaudimit i cili eshte pa date dhe pa numer protokolli.
- Ka paraqitur kontrate te ngjashme me objekt: Objekt thertore 1 kat dhe impjant fotovoltaik 15 Kilovat dhe pajisje qe nuk perputhet me objetin dhe natyren e prokurimit
-Ka paraqitur kontrate te ngjashme me objekt:Rikonstruksioni rruga e varrezave kuq, me vlere kontrate 2.738.040 ,ku konstatohet qe kjo vlere e nuk eshte 30 perqind e vleres se fondit limit
-Ka paraqitur Bilancet per vitin 2019 dhe 2021, por dokumenti nuk eshte i plote pasi mungojen listat e aseteve te mjeteve dhe nuk jane te shoqeruara me shkrese percjellese sipas ligjit te dispozitave per Arkivat ne Republiken e Shqiperise neni 12.
