K.M.K, per arsye: • Nuk permbush piken 2.3.e te Kapacitetit Teknik per disponimin e punonjesve te specializuar/te kualifikuar, pasi punonjesi Ardit Bodini, deklaruar si manovrator, nuk rezulton te jete punonjes i shoqerise, sipas listepageses se paraqitur. 2. L.T.E CONSTRUCTIO per arsye: • Nuk permbush piken 2.3.e te Kapacitetit Teknik per disponimin e punonjesve te specializuar/te kualifikuar, pasi per profilin elektricist ka vetedeklaruar vetem 1 (nje) punonjes, nga 5 (pese) te kerkuar. 3. A & E per arsye: • Nuk permbush piken 2.3.e te Kapacitetit Teknik per disponimin e punonjesve te specializuar/te kualifikuar, pasi punonjesit e deklaruar ne profilet elektricist, manovrator dhe drejtues mjeti, nuk rezultojne te jene punonjes te shoqerise, sipas listepageses se paraqitur. • Nuk permbush piken 2.3.l te Kapacitetit Teknik per disponimin e mjeteve dhe pajisjeve, pasi mjeti me targe AA136GV i vetedeklaruar si Kamion me mase maksimale te autorizuar 7.5-18 ton, nga verifikimi i dokumentacionit te paraqitur rezulton te jete 24 ton. 4. SARK per arsye: • Nuk permbush piken 2.2.b te Kapacitetit Ekonomik dhe Financiar per bilancet vjetore, pasi bilanci i vitit 2020 i paraqitur ka raport negativ ndërmjet aktivit dhe pasivit. 5. T & XH per arsye: •Nuk permbush piken 2.3.g te Kapacitetit Teknik per disponimin e punonjësve të specializuar/të kualifikuar, me profil elektricist, pasi nga verifikimi i dokumentacionit fizik, referuar kontrates se punes dhe listepageses se paraqitur per keta punonjes, asnje prej tyre nuk rezulton te jete elektricist. • Nuk permbush piken 2.3.l te Kapacitetit Teknik per disponimin e mjeteve dhe pajisjeve, mjeti me targe AB214EU, i vetedeklaruar ne Formularin Permbledhes se Vetedeklarimit sipas Shtojces 8 si automjet veteshkarkues me mase maksimale te autorizuar 7.5-18 ton, pas verifikimit te dokumentacionit fizik rezulton te jete me mase maksimale te autorizuar 26 ton. |
