Operatori ekonomik BE IS shpk, per arsye: - nuk permbush kerkesat e percaktuara ne VKM Nr. 285 date 19.05.2021,Per miratimin e rregullave te prokurimit publik (e ndryshuar), Kreu V, Seksioni II, Neni 26, pika 6. - KVO konstatoi se Operatori ekonomik nuk eshte pajtuar me kerkesen e Autoritetit Kontraktor, pasi brenda dates 28.10.2022, nuk ka dorezuar dokumentacionin e kerkuar. 2. Eurokos Holding shpk,per arsye: -nuk ka deklaruar ne shtojcen 8, administratorin dhe perfaqesuesin e huaj, sipas QKB, mbi statucin penal te tyre -ka paraqitur Bilanet per vitet 2020-2021, por pas verifikimeve rezultoi se Bilancet e paraqituara jane te pakonfirmuar nga autorieteti perkates DPT. - ka deklaruar ne shtojce 8, Formulari Vetdeklarimit, 1 (nje) Eskavatori me goma, por nuk ka deklaruar dokumentacion perkates (targa,leje qarkullimi etj), cka bie ne kundershtim me DST. |
