Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: -“ INFINIT” shpk, per arsye: -Oferta e paraqitur ka gabime aritmetike si vijon: -Tek Formulari i Ofertes vlera pa TVSH është e llogaritur gabim. Vlera e saktë bashkë me zërin Pajisje është 15,115,740 lekë pa TVSH. Ndërkohë Vlera e ofertes se ofruar dhe e llogaritur nga OE në total është 17,614,530 lekë me TVSH. Vlera e ofertes se korigjuarështë 18,114,288l ekë me TVSH . Diferenca në gabim eshtë 499,758 lekë(ose 2.8%)më e madhese 2% i vleres së ofertes fillestare të OE. Sipas VKM 285 datë 19.05.2021 neni 82, pika 3 , germa c) Oferta refuzohet. |
