2.3.1 Operatori ekonomik duhet të paraqesë dëshmi për shërbimet e mëparshme të ngjashme, të kryera gjatë tre viteve të fundit nga data e zhvillimit të proçedurës, në një vlerë jo më të vogël se 20% të vlerës së fondit limit të kësaj kontrate.
